I’m Luca, a certified personal trainer based at John Orwell Sports Centre and the BE Well centres in Tower Hamlets. I’m passionate about helping people move better, feel stronger, and build real confidence through training. I have over 14 years of experience as a personal trainer and nearly 20 years working in a gym environment, which has given me a practical, results-focused approach to coaching.
